General terms and conditions

The brand CONTINENTAL LIMOUSINES is the property of the company CONTINENTAL LIMOUSINES, holder of the Atout France License no: EVTC093241533 for its passenger transport services.

Passenger transport in Chauffeured Tourism Vehicles (VTC) is regulated by the Tourism Code. In France, these vehicles are driven by certified drivers who hold a professional chauffeur’s card and possess the necessary qualifications. These authorized personnel strictly comply with the applicable social and tax laws, as well as labor regulations.

The vehicles and drivers are subject to regular inspections by the competent authorities.

The prices listed are calculated in euros, including all taxes.

They include the chauffeur service and the costs incurred by the use of the vehicle, except for custom transport services as described in the specific conditions.

The vehicle’s capacity is determined by the number of passengers and the volume of luggage transported.

CONTINENTAL LIMOUSINES expressly disclaims any liability in case of non-compliance by the passenger with the transport regulations. Any fine, penal sanction, or material and bodily damage resulting from such non-compliance is the sole responsibility of the client.

Transport services corresponding to transfers within Paris and its inner suburbs are calculated according to the public pricing grid of CONTINENTAL LIMOUSINES and are not subject to any additional charges.

Multiple transport services within Paris and its inner suburbs are billed according to a previously agreed estimate, taking into account the following elements: type of car, hourly rate, maximum mileage, plus any potential fees and allowances (toll, parking, additional kilometers, chauffeur allowances, meals, night, Sunday, or public holiday allowances, without being exhaustive).

These additional costs are communicated to the client in advance by the sales department. Any potential allowances and fees, subject to tax, are not subject to any discount or commission.

A reservation not canceled 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time or the absence of the client at the time of pick-up will be fully charged to the client.

Payment conditions: Payment for the transport service is made before its execution.

Any deferred payment must be negotiated with the sales department before the transport service is carried out. In this case, the deposits received will not be refundable. Moreover, any payment made after the due date indicated on the invoice will result in the application of late payment penalties based on three times the legal interest rate in effect, in accordance with the provisions of the LME Law no 2008-776. By express agreement, any disputes arising from this document shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court or any other jurisdiction at the sole discretion of CONTINENTAL LIMOUSINES.
